I am looking for a student to rent a private bedroom in my cozy and relaxing apartment in San Francisco.
The location is near West Portal, one of San Francisco’s most charming and convenient neighborhoods. The area has plenty of great places to eat, grab coffee, and shop for groceries — all within walking distance.
You’ll find cozy cafés, local restaurants, bakeries, and small markets nearby, making it easy to enjoy good food and a comfortable lifestyle without going far from home.
Also, the West Portal Muni station is a 5 minute walk, which takes you directly Downtown (Academy of Art) or to San Francisco State University (SFSU). The 57 bus nearby also provides easy access to the University of San Francisco (USF). If you drive, parking in the neighborhood is very easy and stress-free, which is rare in the city.
The apartment itself has a warm, peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for studying, resting, or just unwinding after a long day. The available bedroom includes its own private bathroom, offering extra comfort and privacy. The shared living room and kitchen are cozy and fully functional — ideal for relaxing, cooking, or enjoying quiet evenings at home.
I’m looking for someone clean, responsible, easygoing, and communicates well. No smoking. No partying. No subleasing of the unit. One-room occupancy only.
Utilities are included in the rent.
A credit report will be required as part of the application process.
If you’re interested, please send me a short introduction about yourself — your name, age, and preferred move-in date and I'll setup a time for us to meet at the apartment.
This apartment is a comfortable and convenient home base for students who want a peaceful place to live while studying in San Francisco.
